Where we ship:
For Your Kitchen ships only to the USA & Canada.  We have no intention of shipping outside North America at the current time. 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is eligible only within the continental (lower 48) United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  We do not ship outside of the USA & Canada.  Free shipping is eligible for ground continental domestic shipping and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  We can offer some pretty good rates to Alaska and Hawaii on parcel post (can be very slow - we have seen this take 6 weeks.)  Give us a call if you would like a quote on parcel post to Alaska or Hawaii 1-800-919-1175.  Free Shipping is only free because we pay for it, if you wish to return an item, that we have already paid a carrier to deliver this to you and we will deduct the amount that we paid for freight from the return (please see our return policy)

Shipping Carrier

For Your Kitchen currently ships through FedEx and USPS, however, we (For Your Kitchen) reserves the right to change carriers at any time without notice.  For Your Kitchen will determine the carrier of choice on all free shipping, you may request an alternate shipping company in which you may be charged an additional amount to compensate for the difference in shipping rates.  You may also request to use your own shipping account.

Pick Ups

For Your Kitchen offers pick ups on all orders.  For Your Kitchen is a retail store located at 772 East 700 South Suite A  Clearfield, UT 84015.  We do not charge shipping on a pick up order.  Pick Ups should be arranged by phone ahead of time or we may ship your product to you.  You should list For Your Kitchen's address as the delivery address as well.

Theft of Delivered Package

For Your Kitchen can not replace lost or stolen merchandise.  For Your Kitchen comissions a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, USPS etc... to deliver merchandise to you on your behalf.  You may optionally arrange shipping yourself if you so choose.  If you will not be available to recieve your package at the time of delivery or can not ensure safety of the delivery of your package(s) you run the risk of theft.  We suggest ensuring the safety of your arriving package(s) or purchasing optional insurance (available by phone 1-800-919-1175) on your delivery.  If your package is lost or stolen but we have a tracking # confirming delivery to your location then you should report this to the carrier that delivered the item immediately.  You may also wish to check with your neighbors.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item within the terms of our return policy , you and not For Your Kitchen is responsible for shipping the product safely in original condition and packaging to For Your Kitchen.  This includes the cost of shipping the product back to For Your Kitchen.  See our return policy:  http://www.fykitchen.com/return.cfm

Damaged Package

Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately with the carrier that delivered the item (FedEx, UPS, USPS etc...). Please also notify us by calling 1-800-919-1175.  For Your Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost but we have a tracking # confirming delivery to your location then you should report this to the carrier that delivered the item immediately.  You may call us to purchase insurance on your delivery.
